July 1, 2005, Radio Zora with a slogan “ Geolannya Urang Bandung” officially on the air. “Unexpectedly, the alteration gave extraordinary reaction from various stratum of society in Bandung  and others, particulary Priangan,” Hida Airlangga, one of the eleven  first batch YPT recruitment broadcasters.
The Radio Zora main obstacle at that time was how to manage human resource, because of its personnel came from different radios, thus bringing the ego of each personnel. To unify their understanding, internal training and at same time prepare the broadcast program that will be served was made, again obstacle confronting, because changing format of the program with the new one was not to easy. When the format and broadcast program was agreed and ready to on air, emerged huge debate among the 11 pioneering broadcaster who will be placed in position under the structural position of directors. "When appointed as marketing, programmers, and others there who refuse because they feel inadequate. But over time, they’re capable, "Hida said.
