TELKOM INDONESIA COLLEGE OF ARTS AND DESIGN

Telkom Indonesia College of arts and design ( Telkom STISI) is one of the pioneer college that has specialized in the field of  arts and design with the most comprehensive study program. Telkom STISI focused their graduates to be an experts who possess the competence of skill, knowledge and maximize the potential of entrepreneurship at art and design as a response to the demands of the rapidly development need of society and Indonesian and world creative industry.
During 21 years of existence, more than 1,200 alumnus of the visual communication design program studies, interior design, product design, textile and fashion craft, who hold S. Ds ( Bachelor of design), Fine arts ( Painting and Sculpture), who hold  S.Sn (Bachelor of arts), has contributed significantly to the development of Indonesian Creative Industry through diverse portfolio of artwork and design used in various sectors and development.
Telkom STISI program is specifically designed to produce graduates who not only able to work in creative industries, but also has potential of entrepreneurship/ self-contained and open field work jobs in the field of creative industries, in accordance with Telkom STISI tagline “ empowering you to become creativepreneur ”. STISI student educated to have a powerful skill in the field of arts and design ( both manual and computerized), with an emphasis on Indonesian natural and cultural resources. Equipped with a broadening and enrichment of concepts (Knowledge) in the field of supporting science and other social sciences, including management, entrepreneurship, intellectual property rights (IPR), and the Attitude to be a professional designer and creative human potential future. The whole of this ability is gradually sharpened and actualized through the CBC program (Creative Business Coaching), where the prospective graduates realize the business plan and portfolio of creative artwork / design under the guidance of his professors and practitioners of the creative industries. CBC program support and financial assistance from industry partners STISI Telkom, the Ministry and government agencies both national and regional, Telkom Foundation for Education, Financial Institutions and Banking. The end result of this program are expected to prospective graduates have the Traffic to be in the field of Creative Young Entrepreneur (Youth Creativepreneur) are independent and competitive. At the end of the study the student / i obliged to follow STISI Telkom Annual Portfolio Exhibition, Festival & Competition, and Fashion Show.
